POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a full time CAD Designer with 3+ years’ experience. This role requires creating and/or updating construction Documents for various sites in the telecommunications industry. We need experiencie the use of DAS or In-Building design drafting. Construction Documents will include site plans, elevations, grounding plans, equipment layouts, etc for new site development, modifications, small cells and other communications deployments. Our CAD designers work closely with our engineering personnel to create accurate engineering packages for permitting and construction. Description Manages the activities in the office services function, which may include, but is not limited to, billing, contracts, reception, office equipment, mail and distribution, telecommunication systems, meeting/presentation facilities, office supplies, and word processing. The Director of Business Development is responsible for communicating the value of the solutions to government and public sector clients, resulting in new government and public sector contracts and relationships and revenue growth. The Director will lead opportunities capture from pre-proposal activities through the proposal phase and post-submittal activities, and be responsible for leading opportunities toward high win probability. The Director, through business prospecting and demand creation efforts, will uncover new opportunities, gain access to C-Level decision makers, effectively guide the client through a highly defined sales process, allocate resources accordingly, negotiate and close the sale.
